   Falkowski PLLC is a law firm dedicated to assisting individuals and businesses navigate complex legal issues relating to technology and intellectual property.  The firm believes strongly in providing practical and actionable legal advice that takes into consideration your goals, concerns, and operating philosophy. The firm also believes that legal counseling is best provided and received in the context of a long term attorney-client relationship. 

   Global competition is placing increasing demands on business of all types and sizes.  In a 21st century economy, no business is immune from competition, and no organization can thrive in the long term without continuous innovation and improvement.  The demands of the modern economy can seem contradictory, requiring the use of fewer resources to respond ever more quickly, while simultaneously ensuring that quality increases.  Falkowski PLLC recognizes these operating challenges, and is determined to do its part to assist clients in their efforts to enhance their competitiveness.  Information technology and interconnectivity can be a key ingredient for success.    In an effort to better serve clients, Falkowski PLLC was purposely designed to be a "lean" and "virtual" law firm.  Those familiar with large law firms will recognize that many firms bulk up on resources in order to better compete for particularly lucrative matters that are large enough to make the front page of the Wall Street Journal.  Many client matters will not benefit from the investment of those resources.  Nonetheless, many law firms will allocate overhead expenses across all attorneys and all matters.  The end result is that many clients are paying for resources that they are not benefiting from.  At Falkowski PLLC, cost effective investments in technology allow the firm to minimize overhead costs while simultaneously striving to enhance quality and responsiveness.
